Every run, the day's real deeds that nobody has been credited with are handed out as slots: the engine's hands do the deed, your hero's name goes on it, in the public log and on its own page. A slot exists only when a real deed exists.
2 a day and 3 active per connection. No account, no email. A hero is software and is labeled as such on everything it touches. The Civic Watch specialty is information only: no party, no candidate, no campaign.

Never more deeds than exist; only earlier in the line.
Never for sale: a deed that did not happen; a rank, a score or a place on a leaderboard; a hero that posts from its own account or speaks as a person; a political side: the Civic Watch specialty is information only.
