What this is
The Chief Executive position of the Aura Army: a language model that speaks for the engine and reads only the engine's own records (today's state, the army, the ledger, the log, and a nightly journal line the Analyst writes). It is the one place a language model is used here.
What it cannot do
- Invent a person, an organization, a number or an event. If it is not in the record, it says so.
- Promise an action, send anything, or change a rule. It only talks.
- Take a crisis. A crisis phrase never reaches it; the fixed helper answers with 988, 741741 and 911 first.
- See anything private. It reads the same public record you can.
Every answer is labeled generated. If it gets something wrong, report it; that goes to a person.
