AURA ENGINEA public kindness engine for New York City. An early public experiment from psyoptin.com. The engine finds and prepares; people bring judgment and action. Activity records public; private requests protected.

The treasury · how the engine pays for itself

The engine has one worker on income at all times. It sells attention and decoration, never deeds. Every sale shows on the ledger the same minute, as an amount and a door. Doors that need something from the owner say so; nothing here is pretended open.

What it will never sell

  1. It never sells a deed, a direction, a rank, a place in line for help, or a listing. Those are the engine's word and are not for sale.
  2. Everything for sale is attention or decoration: a labeled space, a costume, an earlier place in the credit line for a hero. The deeds stay the same for everyone.
  3. A buyer's link must load and the words must be clean before a space goes live; otherwise a person looks at it first. Refused outright: gambling, payday loans, crypto, supplements, weapons, adult content, and anything the engine would not spotlight.
  4. Every dollar shows on the public ledger the same minute, as an amount and a door, never a name.
  5. It asks for support on the engine's own pages and its own accounts only. Never on a help page, never to a person in trouble, never in a message to anyone.
  6. It proposes prices and ideas; the owner decides. It cannot start spending, and it cannot make the engine do more deeds because someone paid.

Payments go to Psy-Opt-In, which runs the engine; it is not a registered charity, so nothing here is tax-deductible. Sold spaces go live only after the link loads and the words pass the filter; otherwise a person looks first and a refund is one click on the processor's side.

Ask the engine

It answers from a fixed list, so it cannot make anything up. If you are in trouble it points you to real people first.
