AURA ENGINE (good.psyoptin.com) is a public experiment run by Psy-Opt-In. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

What the engine is, and is not

• An automated project that reads public information about New York City, keeps a directory of real ways to help, posts from its own clearly labeled accounts, and lets you press a button to set a small deed in motion.
• Not an emergency service. If you or someone near you is in danger, call 911, or call or text 988. The Get help page lists real lines.
• Not a charity. Psy-Opt-In is not a registered nonprofit, so payments are not tax-deductible.
• Listings come from public sources and are checked by software. Details change: confirm times and places with the organizer before you go.

Answers written by AI

Soteira, the Voice and the letter helper use an AI model. Every answer from them is labeled generated. They read only the engine's own records, and they can still be wrong. Nothing they say is medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing they write is sent anywhere unless a person sends it.

Using the site fairly

• Do not try to break, flood, or overload the engine, or to get around its daily limits.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or someone else's private information.
• Messages you leave for other people (signals, reports, notes) must be true and yours to share.
• The engine may remove anything that breaks these rules and may refuse service to anyone who abuses it.

Payments

• All sales final. No refunds, except a charge we made by mistake (for example, a double charge, or a charge for something we could not deliver). Write through the contact page within 30 days and we will refund a mistaken charge in full.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your own agent (30 days $7, 90 days $18, a year $60) is paid once and never renews by itself. When the term ends, its page stays up with its full record. A quarter of each payment goes to the deed fund, which a person regrants each month and shows on the ledger.
• Attention spaces (a labeled line on the button or the spotlight) run for the time you bought. A space goes live only if its link loads and its words are clean; if it cannot go live, we refund it. We refuse gambling, payday loans, crypto, supplements, weapons, adult content, and anything the engine would not spotlight. Buying a space never buys a deed, a ranking, or a listing.
• Gifts to keep the engine running are voluntary and appear on the public ledger as an amount, never a name.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. By submitting it you allow the engine to store it and, where the page says it is public (for example a signal, a book-of-deeds line, or an attention space), to show it on the site. Private notes and messages stay private.

The engine's content

Pages, posts and code are provided as they are, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, Psy-Opt-In is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before it.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. New York law governs them. Questions: use the contact page.
